Overview:
Teagan is an extremely intelligent person, thinking quickly and accurately, being able to understand things with ease, and speed. She puts things together quickly, and has a good enough imagination to come up with a scenario that would make sense, even without much evidence. She normally keeps these scenarios to herself, until she has good certainty or the scenario is needed right then due to circumstances. Teagan, also, is a very good shot with a bow, almost never missing her target. However, she can’t wield any other weapon and be good with it. Even guns she cannot seem to shoot straight, even though her arrow aim is spot on.
Teagan’s feet don’t like to work how she wants them to a lot. She is fairly slow and trips a lot. However, when she trips, she normally can hop up and keep going with just a split second between the fall and getting up, because her arms are fairly quick and can push herself up quickly, despite her feet not always being nice to her. This makes sneaking around harder to do, and of course her voice. It is just naturally loud compared to others. She can’t seem to make it go quieter even when whispering, it is more of a loud whisper. It’s not like when she speaks it’s like she is yelling, but still louder, and her whispering is loud enough that most people can hear her.
Teagan is a very kind person, and will be nice to most people she meets, and try to get to know them. She’ll try to get others joined in on a team sort of thing, and try to bind others together, even those who don’t seem to want to. However, she knows when to back off as well. She is very smart, even when it comes to other people and sometimes, not always and sometimes wrong, deduct parts of their lives by the way they act and will adjust her attitude to try to make people be able to stand her when she is around. She does care about other people and if they like her or not, but that is because she hates when people hate her, and working with people like that just makes things harder.
Teagan can sometimes be a bit stubborn, especially when she believes she is right or her way is better. She doesn’t like doing things inefficiently, and therefore may not follow some rules she thinks impedes progress to the best thing. However, she also has a good set of morals, and will not do anything that is wrong or evil in her view to meet her end. Teagan also is very good with technology, one of the best there is, though her knowledge does fall short of Ravinn Wolf level, due to her less experience in the field of technology. However, she is very good with technology and can usually crack into most protection and can do it very quickly, able to type 60 words per minute on a Qwerty keyboard. Teagan sometimes, will become a bit lazy, especially if it has to deal with house work, cleaning, cooking, and the similar, and will complain when she is told to do it, though in the end she will do as she is told, if not a bit more efficiently than the way specified.
Other Equipment:
- Bow and Arrows usually on her back.
History
Teagan grew up in a very rural area of Minnesota, working on a farm with her parents and two older brothers. She didn’t do much of the work on the farm, her brothers taking care of it for her. So she didn’t have to work as much as many of those nearby. Teagan usually would visit Cole Lafayette, who lived closest to her, though the houses were spread far apart, and the two would play, when Cole wasn’t working on the farm. Teagan went to school at Borup Elementary, which was a building for all the grades through middle school, where all the kids would go, and the class was still extremely small. Cole and Teagan met Timothy Iscani there, and the three became inseparable. There was a little forest area near her house, where the three would play games, Teagan making a terrible bow, but becoming obsessed with the bow and crafting other bows that were better, eventually, of course, practicing when she was older in her free time.
Whenever Teagan would go to Tim’s house, she would always see his uncle in the house next door. One time, when she was about 7 years old, and she was visiting, she snuck off and met the man, Jeremy Iscani. She learned that he was retired and living here next to his brother, Tim’s father, but she never knew where he had worked before. She asked Tim a little while later, and he didn’t know much other than he was some sort of secret person. The three grew up, entering middle school, the same building as the elementary. However, Cole had to move to the nearby town of Ada, which was not very far from Borup, because his father had sold his farm. The three still stayed in touch, but Cole began getting into some trouble, joining a gang in Ada, and began flunking school. Teagan and Tim visited Cole, who had begun to gain a temper, and Cole seemed to try to shove them away.
Teagan consulted Jeremy, Tim’s uncle, about Cole, being very worried about him. Jeremy gave her some advice, which she took of course. She thought on the advice, and eventually it turned into, be with Cole, join his gang to protect him. Tim didn’t agree. They were then 8th graders at the time, and Teagan joined Cole’s gang, which was fairly violent. She proved herself by coming up with very intelligent ways of going about their business. Eventually, by the end of their Freshman year in high school (Tim, Teagan and Cole went to the same High School as Borup did not have one, and Ada was closest high school), they had begun robbing places, going out of town for most of it, riding in an older kid’s car, and going to Fargo, ND or Minneapolis, MN. Tim wasn’t willing to take part in the activities, but still kept in touch and was friendly towards Teagan and Cole.
Teagan went to see Tim’s uncle every week or so, and the two would talk, and Jeremy would give her advice and pointers, which she respected greatly. However, junior year, she and Cole left the gang, but the gang did not like it. Teagan convinced them to let them leave if she helped them pull a big scheme, where they would take money from the federal treasury. In fact, she was able to pull it off, but not without getting herself caught by Tim’s Uncle Jeremy in the process. He gave her two choices, one where he turned her in, and the other where she would join the government in a special training program for young men and women, only giving the choice because she had been good enough to pull it off, and he did care for her and didn’t want her to ruin her life. She chose to go with the program rather than get caught. She never really liked stealing, and always felt guilty afterwards, and the program would give her something to do, which she wasn’t sure what she would do when she was out of college.
So, she left little Borup and her friends, saying she would see them again one day, and entered a training program that Uncle Jeremy, who had apparently retired from being a secret agent for the CIA, had entered her in. Within a few months, she had impressed her coaches in the agent program very much with her computer skills, and her bow shooting skills, even though she was clumsy and not the quietest person in the world. In fact, just a month ago, she was approached by someone and told her that they wanted her in Division 42, and she agreed, becoming one of the newer agents of the American branch. She has done well in her first month and has impressed them with her skills with computers and of course, her weapon of choice, the bow.

Teagan rapidly typed on the computer, codes and viruses, erasing the fact she was ever there with this computer as she went. While it was impossible to erase it completely, it would be nearly impossible to trace. They would know someone had hacked them, all the while they would never know where the money had gone, nor could they be able to catch her on it.
“Teagan!” a voice sounded behind her. Teagan nearly jumped at the sound of the familiar voice. She quickly shut down the computer before turning around seeing the blonde uncle of her friend.
“H-how… J-Jeremy?” Teagan stammered scared of getting in trouble. Jeremy Iscani looked at her with his cold blue eyes staring her down.
“I’ve been worried about you, thinking you might do something bad,” Jeremy replied, his voice cold and hard, “But I never thought it would be something like this.” Teagan looked down at the floor trying to avoid his eyes, however, he saw the action and snapped, “Look at me when I am talking to you!” Her eyes shot up instantly.
“I’m sorry…” Teagan said quietly looking at the angry man’s face. Jeremy sighed and looked at Teagan, anger still present, but he seemed much calmer than he had been before.
“I have to turn you in,” Jeremy stated. Teagan nodded knowing that he was going to say that. “But I’ll give you a choice. Either I turn you in or I can send you away.” Teagan looked curiously at Jeremy confused.
“Where?” Teagan asked.
“To a secret place. A place I was trained,” Jeremy replied, “So you can use your abilities to help the government instead of… this.” Teagan looked at him disbelievingly, before she sighed herself, watching her mentor.
“Alright, I’ll do that,” Teagan answered with a confident nod of her head.
“Tomorrow someone will pick you up. You better say your good-byes. You probably won’t be seeing any of your friends again,” Jeremy warned before turning away.
“Wait!” Teagan called, “That’s all? That’s all you’ll say?” Jeremy nodded as he closed the door behind him. Teagan watched the door for a while, before she left the room herself. Time to say good-bye to her only friends in the world. Why did she have to be so stupid?
