Inner Stuff
Likes:
- Technology
- His men
- Loyalty
Dislikes:
- Sending his men to die
- Those who would betray him, after how he treats them so well
- Division 42
Strengths:
- He is a genius in the fields of technology, for the most part
- He’s a skilled fighter after years in Division 42
- He has a secret location and manpower, a great combination
Weaknesses:
- He slowly starts to over rely in technology, even if he realizes it, and knows not to. It slowly becomes a habit, and he’s not as fast to the non-technological variant
- He’ll go out of his way to take shots at Division 42, and can get a little sloppy where they’re concerned, due to his rage, even if he tries his hardest to keep a calm demeanor
- He has all of his secrets with himself. He doesn’t believe or confide in anyone else
Goal(s):
- Unknown
Habits/ Quirks:
- His reliance on technology (aimbot, etc.) instead of standard (normal gun, etc.)
Relationships:
Overview:
A man who is charming and charismatic, a leader and father among his men. He’s forward most of the time, leaving no room for misinterpretation among his words. He’s serious, yet kind, but can unleash a large temper when pushed too far.
His hate towards Division 42 knows few bounds, but why he hates them like he does is a secret for him, and possibly some at the Division from his time. He hates to see people die, but puts up with it. It has to happen sometimes. His own men dying are a very hard event for him to bear, as they gave themselves to him.
He is incredibly smart and very good with technology. He’s a skilled combatant and a skilled marksman. He likes technology, and relies on it, but also relies on the lack of it, not wanting running out or being jammed (EMP, etc.) to be his downfall.
He is a secretive man as well, as anyone is. He lets nobody know his secrets, however. Not his closest allies, not his top allies, nobody. He can’t let people know his weaknesses, what he loves, what he hates. That part of him is closed off to everybody else.
Other Equipment:
- Various weapons, normal pistols, knives, rifles when need be, explosives even. He likes to use a newly developed aimbot gun, created by Reagan Applications (he lines the laser sight on someone, then fires at any time. Via radio and GPS, the bullet, which has an elongated shell for propulsion, will follow to the target and strike)
- He carries a PDA type device around constantly
History
The man’s past is largely unknown. What is known is that he spent his childhood between Spain and the Netherlands, as his parents were one of each. His childhood was partially spent on the island of Sint Eustatius, living in a small city by the shore.
When he was fifteen something happened to his parents, and he ended up in the care of relatives. Said relatives were targets of Interpol, for various crimes against the people of the Netherlands. Interpol came in and eliminated one of them. They found the other already dead. Ravinn had killed him when he heard the gunshots. He wasn’t scared of the Interpol agents, and said that he was expecting something to happen. In a show of good faith, he disarmed his weapon, dropping the clip and pulling the slide off and letting the parts fall.
Interpol took him in, impressed with the skills he had picked up without training. He had shot and killed his relative with little to no hesitation, and knew about the gun after a single use. They further found that Ravinn was technically minded, and very clever and intelligent. He picked up information quickly and had no qualms about doing dirty work when it was needed.
After three years of training, at the age of eighteen, he became an Interpol agent in the black ops field, before it was black ops. At that time it was glorified spying and assassinations without the firepower or equipment or even the danger of the black ops. Interpol would later disown black ops, but they never did these agents, as this was something they took pride in.
When Division 42 came into existence, Ravinn was transferred to them, becoming their star agent. He used his Interpol training and trained many at Division's European branch, and only became better during his time there.
Ravinn worked with them as their golden boy for years. He was what members were meant to aspire to become. He was the best, simply put. He was good in the field, in the labs, he knew technology, and he knew how to fight. He never failed, and always did his hardest to find a way through the situation, no matter how bleak it may be, no matter how different the technology or threat was.
A few months ago, for reasons unknown, Ravinn stole a great deal of artifacts and alien weaponry and defected. He's believed to be working alone; not turning coat to join an enemy of the Division's. Nobody knows his true plans; if he's planning a coup, if he's planning on becoming a conqueror, nobody knows anything.
All that Division 42 knows is that he may be the most dangerous man alive, and he needs to be stopped.

He took the steps slowly, looking at the people gathered around at the bottom. It was cold; their breaths were showing when they breathed. Ravinn didn’t mind the cold.
He stood in the snow with hands in his coat pockets, looking at each of the faces before him. These men were his, and they all knew it. That’s why they were here today.
“You are all brave souls,” he told them in his mixed accented voice, mixed with Dutch and Spanish, “You are my beloved soldiers. Those whom have given themselves to me.”
He looked out at them all again. Five of them. Five brave, brave men.
“You will more than likely lose your lives today,” he told them, “And yet you all volunteered. I don’t know what I’ll do without such loyal men in my employ, but you will never be forgotten. Sergei, Jacque, James, Henri, Sullivan. Your names will forever be burned within my mind and within my heart.”
The five men stood there, ready to go off to their deaths as their leader praised them. He gave them all a smile, “Make me proud.”
“We would never let you down,” the man named Henri told him, “You gave us something. A new life, a new chance. We may be dying today, but we will never forget you.”
“Nor I you,” he told them, “Do the best you can. All of you. Goodbye, my brave, brave, beloved men.”
They were his weapons. His weapons, and his men.
The ones to strike at Division 42 for him.
